Albor terms of use

What Albor is

Albor is an app to log your workouts. In return for training, you earn amber and coins to grow a valley. The owner is Diego Ramos Olivares (Spain). Contact: [email protected].

Albor is currently in testing with friends: it may have bugs, and progress could be reset if needed to fix something serious; if so, we will tell you first.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• You sign in with Google, with Apple or with a code we email you. You must keep access to your account safe.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. Everything is deleted at once and cannot be undone.

Fair play

• Amber, coins, medals, achievements, tournaments and your tribe's goal must come from real workouts. Inventing workouts, tampering with data or exploiting bugs is not allowed.
• If someone cheats, we may remove what they earned or close their account.
• Amber and coins have no monetary value, cannot be sold and only work inside Albor.
• There are limits so nobody floods others with notifications: likes, comments, gifts, cheers and tribe invitations have a maximum per minute and per day.

Albor+

• Albor+ is optional. Training, the village and the whole Stone Age are free forever, and you can never pay to build faster.
• It is bought inside the app through Google Play or the App Store: €2.99 per month, €19.99 per year (with a 7-day free trial the first time) or €49.99 once, taxes included (the store shows the exact price for your country).
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before, from your store's subscription settings. If you cancel the trial before it ends, nothing is charged.
• Payments, refunds and invoices are handled by the store you bought from, under its rules. "Restore purchases" brings Albor+ back on another phone with the same account.
• What Albor+ includes may grow; if we ever removed something important, we would tell you first and you could cancel.

Respect

Offensive or illegal content, or content belonging to other people without their permission, is not allowed in your name, photo, bio, tribe name, comments or what you send us through "Send feedback". We may remove it.

Your feedback

If you send us a comment or an idea, we may use it to improve Albor without owing you anything for it. Thank you: we read everything.

Health

Albor is not a medical service. Before starting or changing a training plan, ask a professional if you need to. The figures in the app, such as the estimated 1RM, paces or suggested days, are guidance only. Train sensibly: you decide your loads and your rest.

Availability

We do our best to keep Albor running, but there may be outages or errors. We may change game features (amber prices, achievements, rules) to improve it.

Liability

Albor is provided as is. We are not liable for injuries or damage resulting from training, or for data loss due to causes beyond our control, except where the law does not allow this to be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence.
